Some emails prior to 6/2/2023 may not be loading

Access to user mails have been restored. If you have issues of specific mails not loading, please contact PreVeil Support.

We believe that majority of the emails that were inaccessible have been restored. We are running audits to check for any further inaccessible emails. If you have issues of specific mails not loading, please contact PreVeil Support.

We have had reports that people are unable to see some emails sent/received prior to 6/3/2023. We are actively working on root causing and fixing this issue. Updates will be posted here as we the go through the investigation.
