We are experiencing a service degradation within the cloud provider that can potentially affect new instance onboardings and autoscaling within US West. This issue can also affect some of the observability metrics within Prisma Access Insights and within the Strata Cloud Manager. The issue was root caused to and fixed by Feb 14 21:15 UTC by the cloud provider. Please reach out to the support team if you continue to face onboarding issues within the US West region
