Incident Report

Update: We are currently investigating an issue affecting users on Browser Version 142.28.5.176 (released on November 18, 2025). Impact: Users on this specific version may experience login failures if the browser is unable to successfully collect device posture data. Current Status: Our engineering team is actively developing an intermediate fix to resolve this issue. This fix will be applied on our end; no further browser update or download will be required from the user side once the fix is deployed. Workaround: If you are not able to login, you can go to the troubleshoot page and click on Quick Actions, and then click on "Clear all engine files and reload: Hard Reset" If that doesn't work, please restart your machine. This will re-initialize the posture data collection service and allow you to log in successfully while we finalize the permanent fix.
