We have received and applied the new certificate, and the site security warning no longer displays. A browser or HTTP client restart will likely be necessary to reflect the update.

Update: we are in the process of acquiring and installing a new website certificate, and anticipate completion of all related tasks by EOB tomorrow (Thursday, July 14th). We'll update our monitoring processes to account for certificate renewals of third-level domains, in order to prevent a recurrence of such a situation.
