Outage Details
A system issue has been identified which prevented the weekend funding/bank transfer file from being processed. We are currently working on getting this file reprocessed today. ProPay merchants will experience a delay receiving deposits initiated over the weekend. Delayed funds should arrive Wednesday in merchants' bank accounts. We apologize for this delay and our teams are working to improve monitoring and alerting to prevent future such situations.
