360Dialog reports that the communication channel with META has reached the limit of bad requests. In this case, 360dialog Hub or our API will generate errors for the following actions: - editing or sending templates - migrations - onboarding - flows - changing hosting type You can use Meta Business Manager as a workaround to create and send templates. The messaging functionality works normally. They are still working on this issue.

Meta have applied an exception to our app.
(The exception was incorrectly applied on Fri 27/09/24 but the issue was fixed by Meta's engineering team).
We do not expect the issue to re-occur.
We will provide an RCA here as soon as possible.
