We are investigating and seeking to resolve an incident which is affecting Puzzel SMS services.
Customers may be experiencing issues sending and receiving SMS from the Puzzel Contact Centre.
Customer using two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS can login via Puzzel ID (if available) or deactivate 2FA via Puzzel Admin until the incident is resolved.
Our Operations team are currently investigating this issue as a priority.
We apologise for the potential impact of this incident on you and your business.
