Puzzel engineers are continuing to work to resolve the incident, which is affecting Puzzel Sales Intelligence (S2).

While most services has been restored, some customers may be experiencing Puzzel Sales Intelligence Softphone not being operational and issues accessing Puzzel Sales Intelligence with Single Sign On.

Note that accessing Puzzel Sales Intelligence using Puzzel ID is working as normal.
