We are currently experiencing issues with inbound and outbound calls routed via our UK voice carrier, Verizon. It appears that some Verizon numbers are affected.
Affected customers who have the option to bypass Puzzel Verizon DDIs through their MCO or any third-party disaster recovery options can do so to minimize impact. Our engineers have escalated this to Verizon for urgent investigation.

We would like to provide an update regarding the ongoing issue with inbound and outbound calls routed via our UK voice carrier, Verizon.
We have received confirmation that Verizon is experiencing a major outage and is addressing it with the highest priority. In the meantime, Puzzel Engineers have successfully rerouted outbound traffic via another carrier, resolving the impact on outbound calls, as these are no longer routed via Verizon.
However, some customers may still be experiencing issues with inbound calls routed via Verizon numbers.
We will continue to closely monitor the situation and provide further updates as soon as we have more information.
