We are investigating and seeking to resolve an incident which may be affecting Puzzel SMS services.

Customers may be experiencing issues with SMS not being sent or received.

Customers that log on to Puzzel Contact Centre with SMS two factor authentication may receive an error message.

We recommend deactivating SMS 2FA or change to email 2FA until the incident is resolved if you experience issues receiving 2FA SMS messages.
