Qualys Cloud Platform Operations is investigating an issue were vendors and internal users are encountering a persistent issue after entering their credentials, the screen displays the message: "Please wait a moment while we process your request. Loading Application...." and remains stuck, preventing access to the questionnaire. Further updates will be provided as they become available. The ticket reference for this incident is IM-12381
