Qualys UK Platform 1 experienced an issue where Patch Management deployment jobs could be created but remained stuck in a queued state, with newly created jobs not appearing in the UI or taking effect in the application. The incident affected the Patch Management component and lasted 31 minutes before a fix was implemented and the service was restored.
