Qualys EU Platform 2 experienced a complete outage lasting approximately 25 hours, caused by an Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) outage that resulted in 503 errors across virtually all UI and API services. The incident affected a broad range of modules including VMDR, AssetView, Container Security, Patch Management, EDR, and many others. Services were progressively restored beginning with login and scan workflows, with a fix fully implemented and the incident resolved by July 15, 2026.
