Outage Details

We are experiencing an unscheduled outage with Cloud Device Activation Service in AWS Europe EU1 and EU2 in the UAT environment. We have identified the issue and have raised a support case with AWS. We are working with AWS support to resolve the issue. We will provide an update as soon as we have more information to share.

A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the application. The Cloud Device Activation Service is now accessible in AWS UAT EU1 and EU2 environments.
