Outage Details

A portion of RingCentral customers using Android devices may be unable to register for Events. RingCentral Operations teams are investigating a fix for this issue and will provide updates as they become available. A workaround has been identified for this issue: users may register on web and then access the event from the application (Launch app -> Upcoming events) or use chrome on mobile instead of the application. If you are experiencing this issue, please reach out to customer care.

RingCentral Operations teams have developed a fix for this issue and are working to deploy it on production environments. Updates will be provided as they more information becomes available. A workaround has been identified for this issue: users may register on web and then access the event from the application (Launch app -> Upcoming events) or use chrome on mobile instead of the application.
