RingCentral Contact Center teams have completed the corrective actions to restore service and internal testing suggests the stuck contacts and agent sessions issue has cleared. We are continuing to monitor the issue for stability. Please log out of the application, clear web browser cache and cookies and fully close and re-launch your web browser.
