A portion of Contact Center customers may be experiencing issues with ACD/IVR including dropped calls, call refusals, and call latency. Internal testing suggests that a large percentage of affected users are no longer experiencing impact. Additional work is being completed to fully restore services. If you are experiencing this issue, please reach out to customer care. The next update will be provided in the morning of September 8th or when a significant change in status occurs.
