Sage Business Docs (FR) - Major Outage

Sage Business Docs (FR) is performing as expected. Avoiding a reoccurrence is our priority as we closely monitor the service.

We have identified the issue and we are working on a fix.
Due to this issue on Sage Business Docs (FR), which is preventing customers from uploading files to the service, is causing a degraded performance on the below products:
-Sage Business Cloud Comptabilite (FR)
-Sage 50 (FR)

We are continuing to work on a fix for this issue.

We identified an issue preventing customers in France from accessing the service. Customers will be presented with a format error when uploading files.

We are investigating a potential issue with the service. An update will be provided within 30 minutes.
