At 20:38 UTC service was restored, and Payments Out Service is performing as expected. We are closely monitoring the service to avoid a reoccurrence.

We have identified an issue in the UK preventing customers from completing payments to the their staff (Salary & Supplier Payments). The customers are facing the error: "error payment rejected by payment gateway". All other product functionality is working as expected.
The products/services affected are:
Sage 50 Accounts
Sage 200 Standard (UKI)
Sage 200 Professional SPC (UKI)
Sage 50 Payroll
We are currently investigating.
