The issue is resolved and the service is available and performing as expected.

We identified that SEOS is unable to send emails preventing customers from Spain, Germany, France, Canada, the United States, the UK and Ireland from registering and removing users. All the other product functionality is working fine.

The following products are affected:

-Sage 200 Standard (UKI) 
-Sage 200 Professional SPC (UKI) 
-Sage 200 (ES) 
-Sage Despachos (ES) 
-Sage Murano Online (ES)

-Sage 100 Partner Cloud (NA) 
-Sage ERP (DE)
