We have identified a different issue for which UK customers are missing some banks from their setup screen and are unable to download HSBC transactions.

The products listed below are potentially impacted by this issue:

-SBC Accounting UK
-SBC Accounting Individual
-Sage 50 UK
-Sage 200
-Intacct

We are currently investigating.

IDENTIFIED about 1 year ago - at 07/09/2024 11:09AM

We have identified an issue in the UK for customers using Sage 50 and Sage Business Cloud Accounting (UKI), where the transactions are showing as the opposite type to what they appear on bank. Customers are seeing Credits come through as Debits and Debits come through as Credits. All other product functionality is working as expected.
We are currently working on a fix.
