A fix has been successfully deployed by the third-party provider, Plaid. We are currently validating if the fix have restored services. We appreciate your patience and we will let you know as soon as this issue is resolved.

We have identified an issue during bank account onboarding where a subset of customers in Canada using Desjardins bank feeds are unable to see certain checking account in their account lists. Savings accounts are also displayed as investment accounts.
The products/services potentially affected are:
Sage 50 accounts (CA)
SBC Accounting (NA)
Sage Intacct (NA)
