Bank system maintenance lasting 9 hours (00:00-09:00 UTC) caused delays in transaction retrieval for UK Sage customers across multiple banking groups including NatWest, HSBC, Lloyds, Santander, and Barclays. The incident affected six Sage services including Business Cloud Accounting, Sage 50, and Sage 200 products, preventing the platform from retrieving the latest banking transactions.
