Feature Degradation

The Salesforce Technology team continues investigating this Commerce Cloud feature degradation. A subset of customers may experience issues with their home page, where some new content may not be visible or old content is displayed even if new promotional content is replicated.
Customers are requested to stop replications until this issue has been resolved.

We’ll provide an update in 60 minutes or sooner if additional information becomes available.

On June 26, at 14:00 UTC, the Salesforce Technology team noted a feature degradation with Commerce Cloud. Customers may experience issues with their home page, where content is not visible or old content is displayed even if new promotional content is replicated.
Customers are requested to stop replications until this issue is fixed as this could lead to additional issues.

We’ll provide an update in 30 minutes or sooner if additional information becomes available.

Upon further investigation, the Salesforce Technology team has determined that the start time of impact is different than initially understood. We have now revised the start time of the Trust post to more accurately reflect the time customers may have begun to experience impact. We apologize for any confusion caused by this.
