We are updating the configuration of the app servers as a potential mitigation step and have engaged additional engineers to investigate further.

Our attempt to mitigate this issue by performing app restart was unsuccessful. We are continuing to explore multiple paths to isolate the underlying cause and implement a fix to restore services.

We performed a database failover to mitigate the initial performance degradation. However, after the failover was completed, we identified a new issue that is currently causing difficulties when attempting to log in. We are exploring multiple paths to isolate the underlying cause of the issue and implement a fix to restore the services.
