On September 6, 2024, at 14:53 UTC, the Salesforce Technology team became aware of an issue where Einstein Activity Capture (EAC) users are receiving an error that states, "Hmm... something went wrong while loading the email body. Try again later" when accessing records' Activity Timeline. Teams are actively investigating the trigger for this issue to determine a suitable resolution as quickly as possible.
