A traffic block rule has been successfully implemented to stabilize the heavy traffic requests. We are performing a rolling restart on the instance to improve system stability.

We are investigating an intermittent performance degradation on the USA838 instance, causing high Average Page Time loads (APT) and connection pool. Our analysis has identified that heavy traffic is causing resource constraints on the system and affecting overall stability. To manage the heavy traffic requests and mitigate the impact, we are implementing a corrective action.
We’ll provide an update in 30 minutes or sooner if additional information becomes available.
