We’ve identified a possible issue with a single networking device that is disrupting certain POD database communications. We’ve swapped physical connections for the device; however, this has not resolved the issue. We are now working to narrow the issue down further.

Initial investigations have found that impact is limited to a specific subset of customers on the POD. Impacted customers shoppers may experience intermittent issues accessing or interacting with their baskets. Storefronts and order processing are not impacted.
