At 05:45 UTC on November 19, 2024, the Salesforce Technology team became aware of a service disruption affecting a subset of customers in the AUS68 instance. During this service disruption, a subset of customers will experience login failures accessing Salesforce.
In an effort to resolve the issue, the team restarted one of the application servers; however, it did not provide any positive results. The team continues to investigate the issue and explore multiple paths to resolution.
