A rolling restart across all impacted instances is underway and is expected to restore functionality as it completes on each instance. The restarts are expected to take approximately one hour to complete across all instances.
We’ll provide another update once the rolling restarts have been completed on all instances or sooner if additional information becomes available.

At 16:30 UTC on February 13, we noted a feature disruption impacting Omni-Channel and Salesforce Chat. Users may be unable to log in to Omni-Channel, load Omni-Supervisor, or load Salesforce Chat. The team is currently restarting the impacted services in an attempt to mitigate the issue.
We’ll provide an update in 30 minutes or sooner if additional information becomes available.
