Outage Details

There’s a Salesforce service performance degradation. Users can access the Salesforce service, but some functionality can be unavailable or running at less than optimal performance. General and intermittent slow performance, timeouts, and connectivity issues are possible. We’re investigating the issue and an update will be provided in 30 minutes or sooner if we have more information.

We have successfully deployed the fix to NA224 and NA233 instances, resolving the issue for these instances as of 07:30 UTC, April 23, 2025. This will be the last update for NA customers. Customers on the resolved instances will receive a separate notification outlining accurate start and end times.

The fix for EU25 is scheduled for deployment during the upcoming green window. Deployment is currently in progress for the remaining Hyperforce instances.

We'll share the next update for the remaining instances as soon as we have significant progress to report.

The Salesforce Technology team has successfully validated results in the test environment. The fix is currently being deployed to a production instance, and following additional validation, a fleet-wide rollout will proceed across remaining instances in accordance with regional deployment schedules.

The Salesforce Technology team has completed initial pre-deployment checks and is currently performing additional validations. Once finalized, the fix will be deployed to one of the impacted instances. Following successful validation, a fleet-wide rollout will follow across remaining instances in accordance with regional deployment schedules.

We do not have an estimated completion time. We will provide an update as soon as significant progress is made or sooner if new information becomes available.

As of 16:41 UTC on April 21, 2025, the Salesforce Technology team identified a performance degradation, impacting multiple instances. Some customers may experience issues with the Analytics dashboard. A mitigation has been identified, and the team is currently executing pre-deployment tasks ahead of the fix rollout, which may take some time to complete.
