There’s a Salesforce service feature degradation. During a feature degradation, some features are unavailable or run at less than optimal performance. We’re investigating the issue and an update will be provided in 30 minutes or sooner if we have more information.

A fix has been implemented and is expected to resolve the issue by midnight. Early results show successful customer logins, and the environment will be continuously monitored for stability as the system recovers.

We are continuing to develop a suitable workaround and are currently investigating external API call issues within sandboxes. Testing is in progress across multiple environments as we analyze network traffic to pinpoint potential request obstacles.

We are actively working to resolve the issue and will provide an update as soon as more information is available.

In order to develop a comprehensive workaround, the Salesforce Technology team is in the process of gathering and validating information with customers. We expect this process to take up to 24 hours. In the meantime, we continue to strongly advise customers to refrain from initiating sandbox refreshes until further notice.

We will provide an update at 16:00 UTC on May 1, 2025 or sooner if more information becomes available.

At 13:46 UTC, we identified a performance degradation affecting multiple instances within the sandbox environment. During sandbox refresh operations, customers may experience access issues with certain tools, including Workbench, Data Loader, and Salesforce DX.

We strongly advise customers to refrain from initiating sandbox refreshes until further notice.

We are actively working to resolve the issue and will provide an update in 60 minutes or sooner if more information is available.
