UPDATE about 4 hours ago - at 05/12/2025 11:33AM

A subset of customers using a subset of Einstein features, such as Case Classification, Article Recommendations, and Insights, are experiencing a feature degradation that began at 08:00 UTC on May 12, 2025. Initial investigations have determined that the potential trigger is an issue with autoscaling not completing. We have begun manual scaling to allow the services to handle requests as expected. The team is monitoring the service and is seeing positive results.

We’ll provide an update once the action being taken has been completed, or sooner if additional information becomes available.
