Upon further investigation, the Salesforce Technology team has determined that the start time of impact is different than initially understood. We have now revised the start time of the Trust post to 03:35 UTC on May 10, 2025, to more accurately reflect the time customers may have begun to experience impact. We apologize for any confusion caused by this.

At 03:35 UTC on May 10, we identified a feature disruption impacting Salesforce sandbox instances. During this time, customers may be unable to preview bots and agents, as the action may fail.
The trigger has been identified, and our team is actively working on a resolution.
