On May 12, 2025, at 16:00 UTC, a subset of customers using a specific third-party email provider may experience issues sending emails and syncing them to Salesforce with Einstein Activity Capture. Impacted services include Sales Engagement, Einstein Activity Capture, and Salesforce Inbox.
