The Salesforce Technology team is actively investigating an issue causing intermittent delays for some customers using Agentforce services.
We have confirmed that this issue is not related to previously mentioned domains such as help.salesforce.com or salesforce.com, and we apologize for any confusion caused by earlier messaging.
Our team has begun implementing a fix and continues to monitor the service closely to ensure stability and recovery.
We will provide an update upon significant change or sooner if any new information arises.
