On May 13, 2025, customers on sandbox instances that received a recent release began experiencing a feature disruption impacting the Agentforce Copilot builder. Customers are reporting that the “save” button is not appearing, meaning they cannot save changes to their agents. The issue only impacts sandbox instances and doesn’t affect production environments. We are working on engaging relevant teams to investigate this issue.
