At 08:26 UTC on May 15, we started to observe a performance degradation impacting our B2C Commerce Cloud environment. Customers may experience delays when updating or promoting new products to Storefronts, though ordering existing products remains unaffected. We've traced the issue to a delay in replication from staging to production. Our database team is actively investigating the database cluster to resolve the issue.
