The deployment to resolve this issue is still underway. Some customers have observed improvements to the hourly event sync times and may continue to see improvements as the deployment continues to progress over the next several hours. We are also continuing to pursue alternative mitigation strategies should the deployment fail to fully restore the hourly event sync times to normal levels.

On May 20, 2025, at 13:00, a subset of customers may have begun experiencing a feature degradation impacting the Event Sync process in Einstein Activity Capture (EAC). Due to this issue, hourly event syncs may be delayed by up to four hours. Our engineering teams are actively investigating the trigger for this incident and are working to restore normal sync performance as quickly as possible.
