Feature Disruption impacting event logs for Einstein Bots and Agentforce Agents

The team has identified a recent change that we believe may be the trigger of this issue. We are in the process of evaluating whether the change can be rolled back to the last known healthy version to resolve the impact. We will perform the rollback on a test instance to validate this as a mitigation step.

The rollback on the test instance has begun and is being validated. If successful, the rollback will be applied to all impacted instances. Further investigation has determined that the start time is different from what was previously understood. It began on May 26 at 02:19 UTC. The messaging will be updated to reflect this.

The rollback on the test instance was successful and is now being performed in production. The rollback will take multiple hours to complete as it gradually works its way through impacted instances. Customers will begin to see signs of improvement as the rollback takes effect. Once the rollback is complete, the unprocessed event logs will be processed in the background.
