Upon further investigation, we’ve determined that the start time of impact is different than initially understood. We have revised the start time of the Trust post from 13:57 to 12:55 UTC to more accurately reflect the time customers may have begun to experience the impact. We apologize for any confusion caused by this.

We’re continuing to investigate. Due to the nature of the impact, routine service disruption mitigation steps such as a database failover may not be possible. We are exploring alternative methods to get the database out of impact as quickly as possible.
