We are actively investigating a performance degradation impacting a subset of customers. Some of the functionalities impacted include: Platform Caching, CS Account, Playbook, Intake, Workspace, Delegate. Businesses are experiencing intermittent issues with account objects, searching Accounts, creating new Accounts, and updating Accounts.

Investigations show that a recent change is the potential trigger, and we are working on reverting the change.

We’ll provide an update in 30 minutes or sooner if additional information becomes available.
