At 09:00 UTC, on June 13, 2025, a subset of customers began experiencing queries failing when using Agentforce. Users are receiving a “Something went wrong” error when entering a prompt into the Agentforce chatbot. We have engaged additional teams and are actively working to narrow down the trigger of the issue.
