At 02:50 UTC on July 1, 2025, we became aware of a feature degradation. A subset of customers may experience degraded performance when downloading media and transferring conversations to support within WhatsApp Unified Messaging Channels. Retrieving information through this channel may also be impacted.
We're actively engaged and are exploring multiple paths to resolution.
Please note that ongoing or existing conversations with support remain unaffected.
