We’ve identified an issue with the Live Agent clean-up process that mistakenly removes active sessions during org migrations. This is due to a misconfiguration in the process cleanup, which is intended to only remove inactive sessions. Customers may find their LiveAgent sessions no longer active and notice they have been deleted.
The team has identified the likely trigger and is actively engaging additional resources to address the issue. We're also assessing the full scope of impact as this is affecting multiple instances.
We’ll provide an update in 30 minutes or sooner if additional information becomes available.
