On July 11, 2025, at 11:00 UTC, we began investigating a performance degradation preventing the creation of new WhatsApp accounts and blocking integration with Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, and UCP. Existing accounts are not impacted at this time.
Initial findings indicate the issue stems from a recent change made by a third-party service provider. We are actively working with them to troubleshoot and mitigate this issue as quickly as possible.
