Outage Details

At 12:30 UTC on July 14, we became aware of a feature degradation impacting Email-to-Case functionality across multiple instances. Customers may receive returned emails when attempting to forward messages to generate cases. Upon further investigation, we’ve identified that the trigger is related to an outage with a third-party email spam filtering service. The third-party has acknowledged the issue and is actively working to implement a fix. Our teams are continuing to assess the impact and are exploring multiple paths to remediation while monitoring the third-party’s recovery efforts.
