Outage Details

There’s a Salesforce service feature degradation. During a feature degradation, some features are unavailable or run at less than optimal performance. We’re investigating the issue and an update will be provided in 30 minutes or sooner if we have more information.

We’ve completed the rollback on EU51 (07:56 UTC) and EU53 (07:46 UTC) and are now validating. Work is now underway to roll back the impacted sandbox instances.

Until complete, customers on the impacted sandboxes may continue to experience difficulties connecting to or using Document Generation 2.0 features.

We’ll provide an update as soon as we have additional information.

We’re continuing to work on rolling back the recent upgrade, with priority for EU51 and EU53, as this subset of production instances received the change before we identified the issue and paused further rollout. Impacted Sandbox instances will also be rolled back..

Until complete, customers may continue to experience difficulties connecting to or using Document Generation 2.0 features.

Upon further investigation, the Salesforce Technology team has determined that the start time of impact is different than initially understood. We have now revised the start time of the Trust post to more accurately reflect the time customers may have begun to experience impact. We apologize for any confusion caused by this.

UPDATE about 7 hours ago - at 07/17/2025 06:40AM

A recent upgrade has been identified as the likely cause of connectivity issues impacting DocGen 2.0 features, affecting a subset of sandbox instances. The Technology team is currently working on a fix.
Instances EU53 and EU51, which received the release, are being rolled back to a known working version.

We’ll provide an update in 60 minutes or sooner if additional information becomes available.
