The rollback is complete on all the impacted instances. However, the issue remains as the service responsible for connections and data flows with other platform components is still unresponsive. We are working on addressing this issue.

We’ve determined that a recent release is causing connection issues between the worker cluster and CRMA analytics queries. We’ve initiated a rollback on a test instance, and the results are positive. We’re now moving ahead with the rollback on the remaining impacted instances.

Further investigation has highlighted that customers may experience issues running queries and loading the dashboards. We’re reviewing a recent release that could have been a likely trigger.
We’ve learned that the issue is affecting more instances, and the impact began earlier than initially reported. We've updated the post to reflect the broader scope and revised the start time to 05:20 UTC to better reflect when customers may have first experienced the issue. Customers on the newly impacted instances will now receive updates going forward.

At 07:51 AM UTC, we identified that CRM Analytics queries are timing out. Customers may see errors. We’re investigating the issue and working on determining the impact radius.
