We noted a feature disruption impacting the Messaging Service, beginning on July 20th at 11:05 UTC. At this time, a subset of customers may be unable to use some channels within the Messaging Service. We are actively working on a configuration change to resolve this issue.
We’ll provide an update once the configuration change is complete, or sooner if additional information becomes available.
